Community guidelines

How we show up for each other.

Last updated September 2026

Kindness first

We're grown women with different stories, faiths, cultures and opinions. Disagree with curiosity, not contempt.

What's said at the Table stays at the Table

Share your own story freely. Other women's stories are theirs to tell — don't repeat names or details outside the room or The Group.

No pitches, no pressure

Relationship first, promotion second. No unsolicited selling, recruiting or MLM invitations. If someone asks what you do, tell them — that's different.

No spam in The Group

Keep it warm and relevant: plans, encouragement, wins, questions. Ask before sharing links, flyers or fundraisers.

Photos with permission

Only share photos of women who've said yes. When in doubt, ask — or crop yourself in and everyone else out.

Health conversations are peer conversations

We talk honestly about perimenopause, bodies and wellbeing, but nobody here is giving medical advice. The Table is a peer community, not a medical or mental-health service. Please speak to your doctor or a licensed professional about your own health. In an emergency, call 911; for emotional crisis support in the US, call or text 988.

If something feels off

Tell Mariam privately. Anyone who repeatedly ignores these guidelines may be asked to step back from gatherings or The Group.
